- pillsbury seamless crescent roll dough
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- chopped up nuts
- butter
- powdered sugar
- milk
- maple syrup

How to Make Mini Cinnamon Rolls
Making these cinnamon rolls couldn’t be easier! Here’s a summary:

- Make the filling. Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans together.
- Prepare the dough. Layout the dough, longer side toward you. Brush with the butter. Sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture.
- Form the cinnamon rolls. Roll into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Bake. Place mini cinnamon rolls into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake for 13 minutes at 350F.
- Glaze. Whisk together maple syrup and milk. Add in powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!

Proper Storage
- Storing leftovers. These keep well in an airtight container for 2 days at room temperature. After 2 days, these need to be refrigerated and will keep up to 5 days, but the longer they’re in the fridge, the drier they become.
- To freeze. Cool completely, wrap them well in plastic wrap and foil, then place them in an airtight container to freeze. It is best to freeze before icing. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then apply fresh icing.

Quick and Easy Mini Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 8 ounce tube Pillsbury crescent seamless dough sheet (see note)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a non-stick mini muffin tin with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
- Layout your dough, longer side toward you. Brush with the butter. Sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture.
- Roll into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place mini cinnamon rolls into your mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 13 minutes.

Made these this morning – they were great! Didn’t roll up too well, but that’s because I rolled the dough onto the counter and it was sticky. Cut them bigger so it only made 12. I drizzled half with the glaze, half I just brushed more melted butter on. Very easy – will definately make again.
