5 STAR REVIEW
Cinnamon Rolls in 25 Minutes
Omgomgomg—you guys, these cinnamon rolls are insanely good. I’m not even exaggerating when I say that every time I bake a batch, all 12 vanish in minutes. Like… did they even exist? No one knows.
I use mini rounds of fluffy Pillsbury dough (because shortcuts are my love language), then load them up with a buttery cinnamon-brown sugar filling and a handful of chopped nuts. But the real magic? That maple glaze drizzled over the top. Sweet, sticky, and completely irresistible. They’re bite-sized, ready in under 25 minutes, and honestly, I’ve caught myself making them more mornings than I probably should admit. You’ve been warned.
Love all things cinnamon roll? Me too! Don’t miss this cinnamon roll quick bread and cinnamon roll cheesecake!

How to Make Easy Cinnamon Rolls Step by Step
Get the oven going and coat a muffin tray: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a non-stick mini muffin tin with cooking spray; set aside.

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans: In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp finely chopped pecans or walnuts.

Prep the dough: Lay out an 8 oz. tube of dough, longer side toward you. Brush with 2 tbsp butter and sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture.

Cut and place in muffin tin: Roll into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place mini cinnamon rolls into your mini muffin tin.
Bake: Bake the cinnamon rolls for 13 minutes.

Prepare the glaze: Whisk together 1 tsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp milk in a bowl. Add in ½ cup powdered sugar until the desired consistency is reached.

Drizzle and serve: Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
How to Store
These cinnamon rolls keep well in an airtight container for 2 days at room temperature. After 2 days, these need to be refrigerated and will keep up to 5 days, but the longer they’re in the fridge, the drier they become.
To freeze, cool completely, wrap them well in plastic wrap and foil, then place them in an airtight container to freeze. It is best to freeze before icing. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then apply fresh icing.
What to Serve With Cinnamon Rolls
I love making a batch of these cinnamon rolls for slow weekend brunches. Their gooey goodness pairs so well with the savory side of brunch. I’ll usually serve them alongside a hearty sheet pan frittata, packed with colorful veggies and melty cheese. For something a little more indulgent, I’ll whip up a warm feta and spinach casserole. And, no brunch spread is complete without hash browns—golden on the outside, tender on the inside.

My family loves these. I love the quick and easy! I haven’t tried them with maple surup, I will very soon. Thanks for the recipe!
YES. Loooove quick and easy. I have so many yeast cinnamon roll recipes printed out, but I never get around to making them. Seems like so much work, when I can just make these in 1/10 of the time, with the same yummy factor :D
Sometimes I really do hate being diabetic…. ;)
Ugh. That would be so hard :/
What are seamless crescent rolls
These looked so good I shared them. Again, Thank You for your time and talent.
Made these this morning – they were great! Didn’t roll up too well, but that’s because I rolled the dough onto the counter and it was sticky. Cut them bigger so it only made 12. I drizzled half with the glaze, half I just brushed more melted butter on. Very easy – will definately make again.
These are adorable!
Mmm they look so good! I love cinnamon in the morning!
This look yum and awesome! This may be the first thing I do when I get my first mini muffin pan, thanks!!
These mini beauties would disappear like smoke in my home too! They look perfect! You have a lovely collection of recipes in your blog!
Oh yeah! These are a must try.
Cinnamon rolls are my absolute favorite breakfast indulgence. If they weren’t so bad for you, I’d eat them daily. These are SO cute! They’re like two-bit cinnamon rolls. …that could be dangerous.
25 minutes would also be a max at my house. Great shortcut!
I was SO drooly until I read the crescent roll thing. We don’t have any refrigerated biscuit or pizza or crescent roll thingos in Australia. How I miss it when it comes to needing something in the oven quickly.
Well. I’ll love you while I’m devouring every last one. And then I’ll hate you (just a little bit) when my jeans don’t fit.
That seems fair, right? :P
Such a wonderful recipe, bookmarked!!!
I have made-from-scratch recipes, but this looks too easy to pass up. I’m drooling as I write this.
Now you’re talkin’!!!
Freaking cute! I’d eat way more than I should because of their mini size – that’s always the way though huh?
I think these would be a great treat for a ladies’ brunch (especially since that would ensure I wouldn’t eat every single one of them myself). Yum!
OMG !! OMG !! OMG!!! My hips thank you!!!
This is soooo not helping my recent meeting my target weight goal!
Yum, yum, YUM! I will be trying these, hopefully I don’t eat them all in one day :)
I’ve been promising the girls I’d make these ever since I saw them on Pinterest (or a version of them, anyway). Because they look amazing. And simple. And bite-sized which is just tooo cute!
