You know how a lot of kids will eat anything with Ranch dressing on it? My kids are like that with barbecue sauce.
We had leftover grilled chicken from the other night, so I threw this wrap together and sent them off to camp with something new in their lunch.
Normally when I pick them up, it goes something like this:
Me: How was camp? Did you eat all your lunch? Did you stay hydrated?
Trevor: Good. Yes. Yes. That annoying boy made our table lose points again!
Haley: Fine. Yes. Yes. Ya, that boy is a trouble maker.
But Wednesday went like this…
Me: How was camp? Did you eat all your lunch? Did you stay hydrated?
Trevor: What was that sandwich? I loved it.
Haley: Can we have that again tomorrow?
No mention of the undisciplined boy…until we got home.
Anyway, this sandwich is super tasty. And comes together in only 10 minutes if you already have cooked chicken in your fridge. Or you could use rotisserie chicken! So good.

Barbecue Chicken Wrap

- 1 tablespoon mayonaise
- 5 ounces (about 1 cup) cooked grilled chicken , thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli slaw mix
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
- Spread barbecue sauce and mayo evenly over the tortilla, leaving a 1/4 inch border around the perimeter. Arrange chicken slices on top, followed by the broccoli slaw and almonds.
- Fold the flap nearest you over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll away from you, keeping it tight to form a burrito. Rest, seam side down.

Other Notes
Will definitely make these.
Love this!
BBQ sauce for the win! I feel that way about sriracha…and peanut butter. :P
These remind me of those wraps at Ikea. I LIVED for them, looked forward to them every trip. And then they got rid of them. *sad face* Totally making these!
