Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe
So, I’m a little bit popsicle obsessed. It happens. Especially when you live in a HOT climate. You know, the kind where the temps reach well into the 100’s. And it’s only May. Ya, that. But I wouldn’t trade it for the snow! Because… popsicles.
I got new molds and love them. Then I spent two weeks straight creating pops for me, the kids, and you all! First up had to be something with strawberries, right? These strawberry popsicles include some strawberry jam and yogurt for an awesome creamy texture.
Ingredients Needed
Here’s what you’ll need to make these popsicles:
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)
- Fresh diced strawberries – When strawberries aren’t in season, you can buy frozen and thaw them.
- Strawberry jam – For extra sweetness and strawberry flavor!
- Plain Greek yogurt – Adds creaminess to the mixture.
- Honey – For a little sweetness.
How to Make Yogurt Popsicles
If you’ve never made homemade popsicles, you should – it’s easy! Here’s a summary.
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)
- Combine the ingredients. Whisk together the yogurt, jam, and honey. Stir in the diced strawberries.
- Pour into molds. Pour mixture into popsicle molds almost to the top.
- Freeze. Freeze for 1 hour, place sticks in the molds, and continue to freeze for at least 5 hours.
- Enjoy. To remove pops, run hot water over the outsides of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the sticks.
Make Ahead and Storage
You can keep your homemade popsicles in the mold for a few days, which is perfect if you’re enjoying them as a regular summer treat. If you won’t be eating them all in a few days, it’s better to remove them from the mold and transfer them to reusable plastic freezer bags, or a plastic container. You can freeze them in multiple layers, but be sure to put parchment paper between each layer. These popsicles will stay fresh for a few weeks in the freezer.

Sounds delicious! Do you think I could make this without the fresh strawberries, maybe add in a little more jam? My friend is allergic to fresh fruits, but jams are okay since they’ve been cooked (??). Many thanks!
Hi JD – you can definitely leave them out, but because they fill up space, you’ll either have smaller popsicles, fewer popsicles, or yes, you could add in a bit extra jam and yogurt.
Made these today, and we had for dessert. They were so rich and creamy, like dreamsicles. Now I have to try the other recipe you posted.
Oh yay! I’m so glad you made them!
I’m back in popsicle mode after a FRIGID winter and love love love all the berries in these. Have I mentioned I’m ALSO berry obsessed? Methinks Trevor and I would get along quite well.
Ooooh yes, I do believe strawberry popsicles are a thing that has to happen this summer! Yum!
My husband and I were just talking about making popsicles/smoothie bars and needed to buy some molds. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Good luck, Pj!!
