Happy Thursday my little Kumquats! How’s your week?
It’s been raining buckets here in Northern California! Looks like El Niño finally decided to show up – which is a great thing.
One of Trevor’s classmates informed him that the drought was over. To which Trevor replied “actually, we need about 20 more inches of rain in the next six months.” HA. Can you tell we talk about the drought a lot at home? I don’t know whether to be proud that my kid is smart, or fear he’s going to get beat up at school.
Anyway, my point is…it’s cold and wet. So I’ve been making a lot of soup and bread.
Yesterday for lunch, you guys, I took some of my olive tapenade and made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. TO DIE. So so good.
