Ingredients
- 8 ounce brick cream cheese , softened to room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder
- 8 ounce tub Cool Whip , thawed
- 2 tablespoons milk , or more as needed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Dippers: graham crackers, , Nilla wafers, Oreos, strawberries, and/or pretzels , for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cool whip, milk, and vanilla and beat again until incorporated and smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for garnish.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy right away with your choice of dippers (or cover and chill until ready to serve.)
