Brownie Batter Dip is a fun and indulgent sweet treat that tastes like brownies and comes together in just 5 minutes! It's perfect for birthday parties, potlucks, family gatherings, and any occasion.
Servings: 16servings (1/4 cup per serving, 4 cups total)
Ingredients
8ouncebrick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1cuppowdered sugar
1/3cupsweetened cocoa powder
8ouncetub Cool Whip, thawed
2tablespoonsmilk, or more as needed
1teaspoonvanilla
1cupmini chocolate chips
Dippers: graham crackers, , Nilla wafers, Oreos, strawberries, and/or pretzels , for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cool whip, milk, and vanilla and beat again until incorporated and smooth.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for garnish.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy right away with your choice of dippers (or cover and chill until ready to serve.)
Notes
Use homemade whipped cream instead. You can use an equal amount of homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip, if preferred.Switch up the mix-ins. Instead of mini chocolate chips, try mini M&Ms, Reese's pieces, peppermint chips, dark chocolate chips, etc.Add an extract. Feel free to swap the vanilla extract for another flavor. Mint extract would be great for mint chocolate chip brownie dip.Make peanut butter brownie dip. Just swirl in 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter.
