I can’t say enough about this quick and easy whipped feta dip – it is absolutely irresistible. Feta and cream cheese are blended until light, fluffy, and smooth then topped with my roasted balsamic strawberries. The combination of the two is *chef’s kiss*. (Though you can obviously omit the strawberries and just make the feta dip if you prefer!)

Helpful Tips and Variations
- Feta cheese. It’s best to use a brick of feta, drained and roughly broken up into pieces. Avoid crumbled feta which has an anti-caking coating (similar to packaged shredded cheese) so it won’t blend as smoothly.
- Cream cheese. You won’t need a full brick for this recipe but you do want to use brick cream cheese, not whipped in the tub. Make sure to bring it to room temperature for easy blending.
- Swap the strawberry topping. If you omit the strawberries, don’t be afraid to play around with adding other herbs and spices to your feta. Some ideas include red pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper, fresh mint or parsley, Greek herb blend or Za’atar, roasted garlic, lemon juice, or honey.

- 6 ounces brick cream cheese, room temperature, cut into 4 to 6 sections
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling

- chopped fresh basil, for garnish
- crostini, for serving
Instructions
- Place the feta cheese pieces, softened cream cheese pieces, and a couple turns of fresh cracked pepper in the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse several times to blend, then with the processor still running, slowly pour in the oil and blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl. With the back of your spoon, smooth the top of the feta, making a well/indentation in the middle.

Ways To Serve It
Ditch the strawberry topping and this whipped feta can be served in so many different ways. Here are a few ideas:
- On crostini
- As a dip for veggies like peppers, radishes, and tomatoes
- Spread on naan or pita
- In wraps
- On sandwiches
- By the spoonful (just kidding…sort of!)
Proper Storage
Store leftover whipped feta dip in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for up to 3 days. Bring it to room temperature before serving and give it a stir so it returns to a dipping texture.
