This Creamy Whipped Feta recipe is made with just a few ingredients blended until smooth, light, and creamy. Serve as a dip or on crostini with toppings for an easy appetizer or snack!
Place the feta cheese pieces, softened cream cheese pieces, and a couple turns of fresh cracked pepper in the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse several times to blend, then with the processor still running, slowly pour in the oil and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl. With the back of your spoon, smooth the top of the feta, making a well/indentation in the middle.
Top with cooled roasted balsamic strawberries (and their juices!), then drizzle a bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped fresh basil. Serve with crostini.

You can enjoy this whipped feta without the strawberry topping, if preferred, but I recommend adding other herbs and spices to your feta. Red pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper, fresh mint or parsley, Greek herb blend or Za'atar, roasted garlic, lemon juice, or honey are all good additions.
