Ramen Wrapped Cod with Cajun Spice – take boring fish up a few notches by adding delicious cajun seasoning, and wrapping it in ramen noodles for some crunch…and fun!
I think I finally figured out a way to get my kids to like fish.
Wrap it in Ramen noodles. Obviously. Actually, I think that will be my new motto for life #wrapitinramen
This Ramen Wrapped Cod has almost left me speechless. Because, um, AWESOME.
Truth be told, I struggled a wee bit wrapping the first fillet, trying to figure out how to make it perfect the most efficient way to do it. But the remaining three were a breeze. And then after that, I pretty much wanted to wrap 20 more. Luckily, the dish tastes awesome, so I’m going to make it again.
other fish that work
I made this with cod because it’s such a mild, almost flavorless fish. Plus, pretty inexpensive. But you can use halibut, mahi mahi, or snapper.
I served these in baskets with that great food liner paper restaurants use. The kids ate with their hands, sort of fish and chips style << also aided in their willingness to eat fish. I’m no dummy.

How clever, indeed. Only one person here to eat this, however, no matter how much the fish is camouflaged! I can always make just for me.
What a FANTASTIC idea! Definitely want to give this a try, could definitely work with other meats as well. Thanks for sharing :)
