Easy Christmas Cocktail Recipe

This Cinnamon Roll Cocktail just tastes like Christmas. It is so warm and comforting, you can sip on it all night (or day – ha!) long. The Rumchata and Kahlua make it super creamy and sweet, like the icing on a cinnamon roll, while the cinnamon notes from the Fireball really make this recipe stand out.

Since this drink is so rich, it’s perfect for sipping slowly. Though I must warn you – 3 of the 4 ingredients are alcohol and while Kahlua and Rumchata have a fairly low alcohol percentage, the two combined with Fireball definitely pack a punch. A very, very tasty punch!

Ingredients Needed

This easy Christmas cocktail is made with just 4 ingredients plus ice and optional toppings.
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)

  • Rumchata – Rumchata adds a creamy vanilla flavor to the drink. In a pinch, Bailey’s would also work here – though you may want to add a pinch of cinnamon to make up for it.
  • Heavy cream – The addition of heavy cream helps to balance out the liquor and ensures the drink is extra creamy.
  • Fireball – Fireball adds the majority of the cinnamon flavor to the cocktail.
  • Kahlua – Kahlua adds more vanilla and caramel flavor, with just a hint of coffee flavor.
  • Toppings – I like to add whipped cream and ground cinnamon on the cocktail before serving.
