Mouth Watering Roasted Red Grapes

You guys. Get ready to sink your teeth into something wonderful. If you’ve never had roasted grapes, you must make them STAT. Coated in olive oil and a couple seasonings, then roasted until they caramelize and burst, they end up juicy, sweet, and just nothing short of sensational. On top of fresh ricotta and crusty bread, is truly one of my most favorite things.

Next time you purchase grapes, save some – or better yet, buy an extra bundle. Roasting grapes in the oven is one of the best ways to use them up.
