Mouth Watering Roasted Red Grapes

Coated in olive oil and a couple seasonings, then roasted until they caramelize and burst, they end up juicy, sweet, and just nothing short of sensational. On top of fresh ricotta and crusty bread, is truly one of my most favorite things.
