Ingredients
1cupseedless red grapes(or green, or a combination)
1tablespoonolive oil
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
4sprigsfresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Wash and dry the grapes, then spread them onto a nonstick rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Lay thyme leaves over top. Toss all together gently with your hands.
Place pan in the oven for 15 minutes or until grapes just begin to burst. (Time can vary depending on the size of your grapes.)
