Never drink a watered-down Bloody Mary again! These Bloody Mary Ice Cubes are made with a homemade Bloody Mary mix. They keep the drink cold and, as they melt, simply add even more flavor!

I love a good Bloody Mary for weekend brunch, but a warm or watery drink just doesn’t cut it. That’s where these Bloody Mary ice cubes come in! These ice cubes use my classic Bloody Mary mix, so as they melt, they’re just adding more mix to the cocktail instead of watering it down. They’re fun and so easy to make! Just remember to make them the night before, so they freeze fully!
Helpful Tips & Variations
- Adjust the heat level. Add more or less hot sauce based on how spicy you like your Bloody Marys.
- Customize to your preference. If your go-to Bloody Mary recipe differs a bit from the ingredients here, feel free to customize and use your preferred combination of ingredients.
- Bloody Maria ice cubes. Swap the vodka for tequila to turn this recipe into Bloody Maria ice cubes.
- Caesar ice cubes. If you’re more of a Caesar drinker than a Bloody Mary drinker, simply swap the tomato juice for clamato juice!

Bloody Mary Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- 4 ounces tomato juice
- 2 ounces plain vodka (like Grey Goose)
- 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons prepared creamy horseradish
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- pinch of smoked paprika
- pinch of Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- In a large measuring cup with a spout, combine all the ingredients. Stir well to incorporate.
- Slowly pour the mixture into ice cube trays, filling the slots almost to the top so they don’t spill over.
- Place trays in the freezer and freeze until solid.
- Pop them out of the trays and transfer to a freezer-safe releasable plastic bag.
- Keep stored in the freezer and use them to keep your Bloody Mary drink cold without watering it down!

How Long Do These Last?
Bloody Mary ice cubes can last in the freezer for several months. Once they are completely frozen, I like to pop them out of the ice cube tray and store them in freezer-safe Ziploc bags. Then just grab as many as you need, whenever you need!
