Easy Biscoff Yogurt Bowl
This Biscoff yogurt bowl is about to change your breakfast routine. It’s light but filling and has a sweet, dessert-like taste to it even though it’s healthy.
The base of this dish is Greek yogurt, which keeps it filling, while the cheesecake jello powder and cookie butter give it a sweet taste, and the Biscoff cookie crumbles bring it altogether with a bit of texture.
I love to layer this like a parfait but you can easily just mix all the ingredients together. Enjoy it for breakfast or even as a light dessert – it’s so good!
Ingredients Needed
These easy Greek yogurt bowls are made with just 4 ingredients.
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)
- Greek yogurt – Plain Greek yogurt provides lots of protein.
- Sugar Free Cheesecake jello – This cheesecake pudding mix adds flavor to the yogurt and turns this into a sweet treat without adding more sugar. Note that you’ll need the powder only – do not prepare according to the box instructions.
- Biscoff cookie butter spread – Warm it just a touch so it’s easier to incorporate.
- Biscoff cookies – Crumbled Biscoff cookies add texture to the yogurt bowl.

How to Make a Cookie Butter Yogurt Bowl
This healthy breakfast yogurt bowl comes together in just a few minutes.
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)
- Make the yogurt mixture. Combine the yogurt, sugar free cheesecake jello powder, and warmed Biscoff cookie butter until incorporated.
- Layer. Place half of the mixture in a dessert cup, top with half of the cookie crumbles, and repeat. Enjoy!
Tips & Variations
Here are a few tips and variations for making your Greek yogurt bowl.
- Substitute the Biscoff cookie butter. If you canโt find cookie butter, you can use peanut butter or almond butter and another digestive cookie or chopped nuts.
- Warm the Biscoff. Gently warm the cookie butter in the microwave so that it’s easier to combine with the other ingredients.
- Mix instead of layering. Feel free to simply mix everything together, instead of layering like a parfait. It still tastes just as great!
Serving Suggestions
These Biscoff yogurt bowls make a great breakfast on a busy morning but we also love them as a healthy and filling snack. You can also turn them into a dessert by adding a bit of Reddi Wip on top. Or if you don’t need it to be healthy, drizzle come caramel sauce over the top!
You can make these the night before, just note that the cookies will soften. Consider making the yogurt/cookie butter mixture and then stir in the crumbled cookies right before serving.
