Easy Yogurt Parfait Recipe

I didnโ€™t think I could love anything as much as my favorite overnight oats or chia seed pudding that Iโ€™ve been eating in the mornings for years now. But, you guys. These Almond Joy Yogurt Parfaitsย nudged shoved their way in.ย

Almond Joys are one of my favorite candy bars, but I canโ€™t snack on those without hating myself. No guilt with this yogurt parfait, though! Plus, theyโ€™re done in 5 minutes, so thereโ€™s no need to even make them ahead of time.

Ingredients Needed

You only need 6 simple ingredients to make this healthy yogurt parfait, which mimic the flavors of an almond joy candy bar.
(Scroll to the bottom for our easy printable recipe with the complete measurements and directions.)

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt – We love the thickness of Greek yogurt, but you can use regular vanilla yogurt, if preferred.
  • Protein powder – A bit of vanilla protein powder adds extra nutrition and helps keep you full longer.
  • Honey – For sweetness.
  • Almonds – I used toasted and sliced, but chopped works great, too.
  • Mini chocolate chips – For that key chocolate flavor.
  • Toasted coconutย flakes – Sweetened or unsweetened, depending on your taste.

How to Make a Yogurt Parfait

This yogurt parfait recipe could not be any easier!
(Scroll to the bottom for our easy printable recipe with the complete measurements and directions.)

  1. Spoon half the yogurt. Add half the yogurt to a small glass. Sprinkle with the protein powder, then drizzle with the honey.
  2. Add other ingredients. Sprinkle half of each of the almonds, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes on top.
  3. Repeat layers. Repeat the layers one more time, eat cold and enjoy!

Proper Storage

How long do yogurt parfaits last in the fridge? The recipe weโ€™re sharing today makes 1 parfait, but I always triple the ingredients and make 3, since they keep well in the refrigerator up to 3 days. This way theyโ€™re ready to go when the craving hits. However, I do love them most right after assembly when the almonds are crunchy โ€“ the longer they sit/chill, the nuts will soften.
