- Unsalted butter – Softened to room temperature so it blends easily with the other ingredients.
- Granulated sugar – Blended with the butter for sweetness.
- Egg – Helps give the s’mores bars structure.
- Vanilla – For flavor.
- Graham crackers – Crushed up graham crackers are part of the filling, giving the bars a nice crunch in every bite.
- All-purpose flour – Spooned and leveled for accurate measuring to avoid excess flour.
- Kosher salt – For flavor.
- Baking powder – Gives the bars a little lift.
- Mini Kit-Kat bars – Crushed and sprinkled over the top of the dough.

How to Make Kit Kat S’mores Bars
These dessert bars are super easy to make in just a few simple steps.
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)
- Make the dough. Beat the butter and sugar until well creamed. Mix in the egg and vanilla, followed by the crushed graham crackers, flour, salt, and baking powered. Mix on low until fully combined. (Dough will be sticky.)
- Transfer to baking dish. Coat the back of a spatula with nonstick spray; spread HALF the dough into an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Add the Kit-Kats and Marshmallows. Sprinkle the Kit-Kat pieces over the dough, followed by the marshmallows. Flatten pieces of the remaining dough and place them on top of the marshmallows (leaving some of the marshmallows exposed, so as it bakes, it has a cobbled look.)
- Bake. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let bars cool completely before cutting and enjoy!
TIP: Use Parchment Paper
Proper Storage
- Store in the fridge. You can enjoy these s’mores bars warm or cold, but once cooled, they should be stored in the refrigerator, tightly covered, and will keep up to 5 days.
- Freeze. Let the bars cool completely, then place them in a freezer-safe plastic bag and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge.
- To rewarm. Place bars on a plate in the microwave at 50% power for 5-10 seconds, if desired.

Thank you so much! It made me so happy to see this when I was in the hospital and brought a much-needed smile to my face.
So completely yummy!!
We are a s’mores loving family, so I can’t wait to make these!
Umm, can you say dangerously delicious? S’mores are one of the best summer snacks, but to put them in a BAR that I can make YEAR ROUND? Love!!
So, I’m getting ready to make a pot of baked beans tomorrow (I’m planning to put a stupid amount of bourbon in them, because…booze), so how ’bout you pop on over, bring these bars, and then we can pretend we are having a summer cookout when really it’s October and wacky weather?
Smores AND Kit Kats? These did not disappoint!
If I had my way, s’mores would be an every day kind of treat! These are amazing!
You’re killing me! WOW.
