If you’re lucky, you’ll have some Thanksgiving leftovers on Friday. And maybe you’ll just reheat them in their original form. Totally cool. But maybe…maaaaybe, you’ll want to turn them into something else.
Here are my top picks this year (and two of my own favorites) for repurposing that extra turkey and cranberry sauce.
I can attest to the Cranberry Cherry Chicken Wrap, since Amy made it for Friday brunch. It was outstanding and brimming with so many flavors.
For sandwiches, the Turkey Monte Cristo Panini looks very good as does the Prosciutto-Wrapped Turkey, Avocado & Swiss Panini.
It’s probably bad that I want Thanksgiving to JUST BE OVER ALREADY so that I can make some of these. Right?
Thanks for including my tamale pie! Funny, I have a leftover round up today too, and most of the links are completely different! Figured we would have had lots of overlap. Have a great Thanksgiving!
Thank-you so much for the info on the leftovers from thanksgiving, we donot cook anymore we leave it up to the younger generation, however I should purchase the book as a gift.
Thank-you for a wonderful site to follow.
Happy Thanksgiving
Catherine
I want it all. Thrice.
