When it comes to easy no-bake treats, it’s hard to beat chocolate bark which is so incredibly versatile, tastes great, and comes together in just minutes. Today we’re sharing some fun St. Patrick’s Day chocolate bark showcasing green and white colors and studded with pretzel pieces and M&Ms.

Wedges of chocolate bark are perfect any time of year and make such a simple sweet treat for classroom parties. This also makes a wonderful edible gift – try stacking pieces between some parchment paper and tying them with a green ribbon!

Ingredients Needed

Chocolate bark couldn’t be easier to make, then break it up into whatever size pieces to suit your needs. For this chocolate bark recipe, all you need are 3 main ingredients, plus sprinkles and food coloring.

  • Vanilla candy melts
  • Pretzel sticks, broken into small pieces
  • Green and White colored M&Ms
  • Gold pearl sprinkles
  • Green food coloring

Recipe Variations

  • Replace the pretzels with chopped nuts, like almonds, or include both!
  • If you can find shamrock sprinkles, a tablespoon of those scattered over the top would be so cute.

How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark

Here’s a summary of the simple steps needed to make this St. Patty’s Day candy.

  1. Melt chocolate candy melts according to package directions until smooth and completely melted.
  2. Spoon a few small scoops of the melted chocolate into a small separate bowl; mix in green food coloring until incorporated. Transfer to a small Ziploc bag; snip off a small corner.
  3. Spread remaining melted white chocolate onto a lined baking sheet in a rectangular shape, 1/4-inch thick. Pipe the green colored chocolate onto the white chocolate; then cut through with a dull knife in a swirling pattern to create a marble looking effect.
  4. Top with the pretzel pieces, M&Ms, and gold pearl sprinkles.
  5. Chill until set and hardened, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Proper Storage

Store chocolate bark in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for about 1 month.

St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark is a quick and easy dessert made with only 5 simple ingredients! It’s so pretty with green and white swirls of color and gold pearl sprinkles. This no bake recipe is a fantastic last minute treat for classroom parties and gifting.

Ingredients 

  • 30 ounces vanilla candy melts
  • green food coloring
  • 3/4 cup thin salted pretzel sticks, , broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Green and White colored M&Ms
  • 1 tablespoon gold pearl sprinkles

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place white chocolate wafers in a medium glass microwavable bowl and melt according to package directions until completely smooth.
  • Spoon a couple small scoops into a small bowl; mix in a few drops of green food coloring until incorporated. Transfer to a small Ziploc bag; snip off a small corner.
  • Spread remaining melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet in a rectangular shape, 1/4-inch thick. Pipe the green colored chocolate onto the white chocolate; then cut through with a knife to make a swirling pattern.
  • Sprinkle bark with the pretzel pieces, M&Ms, and gold pearl sprinkles.
  • Place in the refrigerator for a couple hours to harden completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes
