- Salmon fillets – You’ll want fresh salmon fillets, ideally with the skin on. If they’re frozen, make sure to completely thaw them first.
- Garlic and ginger – These provide great flavor and aromatics.

This is a wonderful way to cook salmon! Had for lunch with a side salad. Absolutely enjoyable. Thanks for sharing. Will make again and again! Served with a sweet chili sauce mixed with a little garlic salad dressing…… So good!
Great
This was delicious! I cooked it for about 15 minutes and broiled it the last couple of minutes. Had some cubed sweet potatoes and fresh broccoli. Just as good as any restaurant. I will definitely be making this again.
So simple and came out perfect! Salmon was done beautifully.
This was restaurant quality (or better!)
