Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce with the garlic and ginger; set aside.
Spray the basket grates of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
Season the salmon fillets with kosher salt and pepper to taste, then place the salmon fillets skin side down onto the basket grates, making sure they're not touching.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes. Brush the glaze all over the salmon and continue air frying for another 5 to 6 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and chopped scallions or parsley. Serve right away and enjoy!NOTE: The weight and thickness of your salmon filets and type of air fryer you use can affect the cook time. Adjust accordingly.
