Lemon Peach Fizz Recipe
Meet my latest obsession, you guys. This Lemon Peach Fizz is where it’s at! Absolute summer perfection, but would be awesome all year long. It’s a great beverage for parties, weddings, or for a treat after dinner!
This little gem was served at one of the fabulous Safeway events I attended recently and it knocked my socks off. Took one sip and then immediately rushed up to the bar to find out what was in it.
Ingredients Needed
You only need 5 ingredients to make this drink.
(Scroll below to the printable recipe card for details and measurements.)
- Lemon sorbet (I used Open Nature)
- Peach soda
- Agave nectar
- Fresh mint
- Lemon zest
Clearly it’s a dessert drink, because HELLO lemon sorbet, peach soda, and agave. Is it any wonder why I love it so much? The mint adds a fresh flavor that provides a nice contrast from the sweet.
Variations
- Make it boozy. Simply add 1.5 ounces of vodka to each glass.
- Use honey. Honey may be substituted for the agave.
- Cut back on calories. You can use a sparkling peach fruit juice that doesn’t have any calories (like Fresca), but NOT sparkling flavored water, which won’t lend the same flavor.
More Summer Drinks:
- Pineapple Mimosa
- Dirty Shirley
- Orange Creamsicle Shirley Temple
- Watermelon Sangria

Where do you buy peach soda? What brand??
Hi Joan! I bought mine at my local Safeway, but I’ve actually seen it at a bunch of other grocery stores. It’s with the other sodas and carbonated juices.
