Chinese New Year

My family isnโt Chinese, but I grew up in a house where Asian art and food were very much appreciated and admired. Now, my own kids have several close Chinese friends, so today Iโm paying homage to them with some of my favorite Chinese food for the Chinese New Year (this year on February 10th – Year of the Dragon!)
