Easy Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops Recipe
The air fryer is one of my favorite tools for cooking meat. It’s quick, almost mess-free, and doesn’t require heating up the oven or the grill. My crispy breaded air fryer pork chops recipe is still a family favorite.
Today’s recipe is also an air fryer pork chop recipe but instead of cooking the whole pork chop, we’re cutting them up into bite-sized pieces. The end result is tender, juicy pieces of pork that are ready in just 10 minutes!
Why You’ll Love These Pork Chop Bites
Here are a few reasons why this is one of my favorite pork chop air fryer recipes.
- Quick & easy. Since the pork is cut into small pieces, it cooks in just a few minutes. From start to finish, this recipe takes just 20 minutes to prep.
- Tender, juicy meat. The air fryer helps make the pork nice and crisp on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. No overcooked pork.
- Great flavor. These pork chop bites are seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and a handful of simple yet taste spices like smoked paprika and garlic powder.

- Pork chops – Cut into pieces approximately 1/2 to 3/4″ thick.
- Olive oil – Any neutral oil works instead of olive oil, if preferred like avocado oil or vegetable oil.
- Worcestershire sauce – Adds the savory umami flavor to the seasoning mixture.
- Spices – The rub for these pork chop bites is made with garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Can I Use Bone-In Pork Chops?
It’s best to use boneless pork chops for even cooking and easy eating. Bone-in pork chops can be used, but you’ll need to remove the bone and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
How To Make Air Fryer Pork Chop Bites
This air fryer boneless pork chops recipe takes just a few minutes to prep and cook since we’re cutting the pork chops into small pieces.
(Scroll down to the recipe card below for details and measurements.)
- Preheat. Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
- Season the pork. Toss the pork chop bites with the oil, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Air fryer. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray then place the pork chop bites in a single layer. Air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F, shake, and then cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Enjoy. Remove the pork pieces from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before diving in. Enjoy!
Can I Make These Without An Air Fryer?
Yup! You can bake the pork chop bites in a conventional oven if you don’t have an air fryer. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 425°F for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Tips & Variations
- Prep ahead. Season and marinate the pork chop pieces ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before cooking.
- How do I know when they’re done? The pork chop bites are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Use a meat thermometer to guarantee they are fully cooked.
- Cook in batches. If your air fryer is very small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding. This allows the air to circulate freely, ensuring even cooking and crispiness.
- Add some veggies. Cut up some mushrooms and bell peppers and cook them with the pork for more of a meal.
- Swap the pork for chicken. The pork chops can be swapped for chicken breast or thigh pieces cut to the same size.
Serving Suggestions
These air fryer pork chop bites make such a versatile protein. A few of my favorite things to serve them with include coleslaw, cornbread, a garden salad, roasted snap peas, and rice. Basically, you can turn them into a meal with any of your favorite sides.
Proper Storage
- Fridge. Leftover pork chop bites should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and eaten within 3 days.
- Freezer. Arrange the cooked pork chop bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Then transfer them to a freezer-safe container or Ziploc bag, and store for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
- Reheat. Place in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 350°F until warmed through.
