Assorted cured meats and cheese are rolled up in pizza dough in this Easy Stromboli recipe. It's saucy, cheesy, super easy to make, and customizable with your favorite toppings!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll the dough out into a large rectangle approximately 10x15 inches.
Spread the pizza sauce on top, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the dough, followed by the chopped parsley, salami, ham, and pepperoni, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup cheese on top of the meats. Beat together the egg and milk to create an egg wash and brush the edges of the dough with some of it.
Roll up the dough like a jelly roll. Pinch the two ends together and tuck them under. Place the stromboli seam side down on the parchment paper.
Brush the top with the egg wash, then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, Italian season, and garlic powder. Using a sharp knife, gently cut slits into the top of the dough every 2 inches (this allows steam to escape.)
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden and cooked through in the middle. (Keep an eye on it and tent with foil if you notice it browning too quickly.)
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on pan for 10 minutes before slicing, then slice into 2-inch pieces. Garnish with extra chopped parsley and enjoy with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired
