Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese. This is key to obtaining the light and fluffy texture. Chilled cream cheese will be much harder to mix and cream cheese that's too soft will not hold its shape.Try different fruit. You can make flavored cream cheese with any other berries, peaches, and even pineapple. Just be sure to use an equal amount.Fresh strawberries, not frozen. Strawberry cream cheese is best with fresh strawberries. Frozen strawberries hold too much moisture will make the mixture runny.Proper Storage. Store your homemade strawberry cream cheese in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
