Instructions
Preheat oven to 325℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay half of the ritz crackers top-side down on a parchment.
Place an unwrapped rolo candy on top of each cracker.
Bake just until they’re shiny and soft (but not melted and flat), about 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately sandwich another ritz cracker on top of the warmed Rolo (top-side up), gently pressing down to flatten the candies and spread to the edges.
Cool at room temperature until set, or chill in the fridge to speed things up.
