These Rolo Cookies are chocolate cake wrapped around melted chocolate and creamy caramel, coated in powdered sugar. Soft, gooey, and awesome. Only 5 ingredients needed!

Ingredients
15oz.box Devil's Food Cake mixsifted, any brand works
⅓cupvegetable oil
2largeeggs
12oz.package Rolo candiesunwrappped
½cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs (mixture will be thick.)
Take a small portion of the dough (about ½ tbsp, just enough to cover the Rolo) and form a ball around the candy.
Roll in powdered sugar and place on baking sheets 2" apart.
Bake for 10 minutes. Flatten slightly and let cool for a few minutes. Eat and enjoy!
