Ingredients
1poundchocolate-flavored Candiquick candy coating, broken into sections
2cupssemisweet chocolate chips
4ouncesGerman’s sweet chocolate bar, broken into chunks
16ouncejar nut butter (such as peanut, almond, or sunflower)
3cupscrispy rice cereal
3cupsmini marshmallows
1/2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Place candy coating, chocolate chips, and German’s chocolate bar pieces in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave at half power in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the nut butter. Add the cereal, marshmallows, and salt. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Allow to sit in a cool area until firm, or place in the freezer for 20 minutes to speed up the process.
