Ingredients
4ouncesshredded sharp cheddar cheese
4ouncescream cheese, softened
1cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsdiced pimentos, well-drained
2scallions, thinly sliced
1tablespoonminced fresh jalapeno
1tablespoondijon mustard
1teaspoonhot sauce
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspooncoarse salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
12hard-boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped
Instructions
Add the cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, scallions, jalapeno, dijon, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
With an electric hand mixer, whip until well combined.
Using a spatula, gently fold in the chopped eggs.
