Ingredients
1/2cupunsalted butter,melted and cooled
1cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupall-purpose flour
2largeeggs
1teaspoonvanilla
1/2cupfinely chopped macadamia nuts
1/3cupbutterscotch chips
1/3cupwhite chocolate chips
19-inchpie shell, store bought, or homemade (par-baked)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients; pour into the pie shell.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. It will still be nice and gooey. (If you prefer a firmer texture, let set for a couple of hours before slicing.)
Serve on its own or drizzle with melted butterscotch or caramel.
