Ingredients
3/4cupfull-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4cupgrated English cucumber, squeezed of any excess liquid
3tablespoonsfinely diced red onion
1clovegarlic, finely minced
2teaspoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsfresh lemon juice
2teaspoonsfinely diced fresh dill
2teaspoonsfinely diced fresh mint
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
pinchof black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
When ready to serve, drizzle with a little olive oil and a turn of freshly cracked pepper, for garnish.
