Ingredients
12ounceswhipped chive and onion cream cheese(or garlic and herb), room temperature
Using paper towels, pat all the ham slices and pickles completely dry.
Set ham out on a clean work surface in a single layer. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the slices of ham (about 1 & 1/2 tablespoons each), making sure to cover them completely all the way to the edges.
Trim the ends off the pickles and set one on top of the cream cheese.
Very tightly roll each pickle up in the ham (use toothpicks to secure them, if needed.)
Cut the ham rolls into 3/4-inch pieces. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
Place the pieces on a plate or platter, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use different deli meat. Try turkey or roast beef instead of the ham.Add more cheese. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the cream cheese.Add some ranch flavor. Instead of the flavored cream cheese, use an 8 ounce brick of softened cream cheese and blend it with 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning.Turn them into tortilla rollups. Use small flour tortillas as the base to wrap up the meat, cream cheese, and pickles. You may end up with a different number of slices. Measurements are a guide depending on the size of your ham slices and pickles, and how thick you cut the pieces. You can get more or less than I got.
