Ingredients
3 & 1/2cupsfrozen diced hash brown potatoes
16ouncesdiced ham
1 & 1/2cupscheddar cheese, divided
10.5ouncecan cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2cupsour cream
1teaspoonpepper
chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, diced ham, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish in an even layer.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown.
Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
