2ouncescream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2cupchunky salsa, drained
2teaspoonstaco seasoning
1cupguacamole
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cuppico de gallo
1scallion, finely diced
3largepitted black olives
tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together refried beans, cream cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning until fully smooth and incorporated with no white streaks remaining.
Spread the bean mixture onto the bottom of a deep 9-inch glass pie plate or casserole dish.
Top with an even layer of guacamole.
Sprinkle the cheese over the guacamole.
Place sour cream in a small ziploc bag. Cut a tiny corner from bag; pipe in concentric circles onto the cheese layer, then straight lines to create the web.
Next sprinkle the pico de gallo and scallions around the outer perimeter.
Garnish with 1 or 2 olive spiders, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!TO MAKE OLIVE SPIDERS: Cut an olive in half lengthwise for the spider's body. Then, slice the other two olives into 4 circular rings widthwise (discard the round ends of the olives). Cut the olive rings in half to create 8 curved legs. Place the halved olive on the spider web and arrange 4 olive "legs" on each side. Create another spider with extra olives, if you'd like.
