Ingredients
8cupsstovetop popcorn (1/2 cup un-popped kernels) click the link for my foolproof cooking method!
1/4cupfinely grated Parmesan cheese
2teaspoonscrushed dried parsley
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/8teaspoonkosher salt
3tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan, dried parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
Drizzle a little of the butter over the popcorn, toss to evenly distribute, followed by a third of the Parmesan mixture, toss again. Repeat until all the butter and Parmesan mixture is used and the popcorn is evenly coated.
