Ingredients
8ouncepackage of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1cupfinely chopped dill pickles
1/4cupfinely chopped sweet onion
3tablespoonspickle juice
1teaspoondried dill weed
1/2teaspooncoarse salt
pinchblack pepper
pretzel rods or veggies, for serving
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, using a wooden spoon, press 8 ounces softened cream cheese and stir to loosen until smooth.
Add to the cream cheese, 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles, 1/4 cup very finely chopped sweet onion, 3 tablespoons dill pickle juice, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to thoroughly combine.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour before serving, then let sit out a bit to soften
Serve with pretzels or veggies, or spread on a bun for a hamburger.
