1/2cupbrown sugar
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Spray a crockpot (at least 6 quart) with nonstick spray, then place the ham inside.
Mix together the pineapple juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and the seasonings.
Pour the liquid mixture over the ham.
Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 3-4 hours. Every hour, spoon some of the cooking liquid over the ham (this will help keep it moist.)
Remove slices from the bone and serve with some of the crockpot sauce.
Notes
Make sure the ham fits in your crockpot. I recommend choosing a ham that is no larger than 8 pounds or it will likely not fit in your crockpot.Add some pineapple chunks or slices. If you want extra pineapple flavor, you can add some pineapple chunks or slices into the crockpot as well.
