Servings: 8(2 tablespoons per serving - 1 cup total)
Ingredients
3/4cupmayonnaise
1/4cupbarbecue sauce(see note)
1/4cuphoney
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
Chill for at least 1 hour (ideally overnight) - this will help the flavors come together, but also allow the sauce to thicken up.
Enjoy with chicken tenders, nuggets, waffle fries, or anything that needs dipping!
Notes
Use whatever barbecue sauce is your favorite, but keep in mind that the restaurant dipping sauce does typically have some smoky flavor so I recommend avoiding any honey or sweet barbecue sauce. If your BBQ sauce is sweeter rather than smoky, you can add in a splash of liquid smoke.
