Kick start your morning with this banana smoothie. With bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, milk, and coffee, you get fiber, protein, and caffeine all in one!
Place all ingredients in a blender (in the order listed.)
Put the lid on; start out your blender on low speed and increase to high.
Blend until smooth and you can no longer see the coffee granules. (If it's too thick, blend in some extra milk.)
Evenly divide between two glasses and enjoy! (Just halve all the ingredients if you only want one smoothie.)
Notes
How to freeze banana. You can use ripe bananas that aren’t frozen, but frozen banana slices make the smoothie thicker and creamier. To freeze bananas, slice and put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, stick in the freezer for at least 45 minutes, then transfer to a freezer safe plastic Ziploc bag and place in the freezer until ready to use.
