In a medium pot, bring the almond milk and water to a boil. Add in the oats and salt; reduce heat to a gentle simmer (about medium-low), cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired doneness is achieved.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in the cocoa powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
