Ingredients
1cupregular salted butterroom temperature
1cuppowdered sugar
1/2cuphoney
2teaspoonscinnamon
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until combined and smooth.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and beat again until perfectly light and fluffy.
Spoon into a large ramekin or (2) 4 ounce glass jars. Use as desired. We love it on muffins, pancakes, a banana, baked sweet potato, and cornbread.
Notes
Don’t skip the salt. If you only have unsalted butter on hand, add a 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt to start, taste, and adjust to your liking.Halve the recipe.
