Ingredients
1pound(4 cups) dried Radiatore pasta
1poundcooked seasoned chicken breast, diced into small cubes (about 2 cups)
3cupssmall broccoli florets
1/2cupgolden raisins
1/2cupdiced celery
3/4cupsliced almonds
4scallions, diced
For The Dressing
1cupmayonnaise
3/4cupsour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
2tablespoonshoney
3teaspoonsDijon mustard
1 1/2teaspoonskosher salt
1teaspoondried Italian seasoning
1/2teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
In an extra large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing until combined and smooth. Add in the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, raisins, celery, almonds, and scallions; toss to combine and coat.
