Candy Cane Kiss Brownie Bites are the perfect holiday combination of chocolate and peppermint with a colorful finish. They're made with just 4 ingredients for an easy Christmas dessert that everyone is sure to love!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray 2 mini muffin tins with cooking spray (or cook in batches.)
In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, egg, heavy cream, and melted butter until well combined, about 2 minutes.
Roughly chop 3/4 cup of candy cane kisses and gently fold them into the brownie batter.
Use a 1 & 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop brownie mix into the prepared mini muffin tin(s).
Bake for about 15 minutes or until set on the edges and a toothpick poked into the middle of a brownie comes out clean.
Remove the brownie bites from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Press an unwrapped candy cane kiss into the top of each slightly cooled brownie bite and allow them to cool for 10 minutes or longer before removing from the pan.
