Ingredients
1 1/4poundslean ground turkey
1 1/2cupspacked fresh spinach, finely chopped
4ouncescrumbled feta cheese
2clovesgarlic, minced
1/4cupItalian seasoned bread crumbs
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1 1/2tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
4hamburger buns, toasted
mayonnaise, for serving
cucumber slices, for serving
thin red onion slices, for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, black pepper, and olive oil until combined.
Divide into 4 equal portions (approximately 4 inches in diameter, 1 inch thick.)
Transfer to a parchment-lined plate and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or the freezer for 20 minutes.
Preheat a grill to medium-high and oil the grates really well.
Grill burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink, juices run clear, and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached on an instant read thermometer.
Serve on buns with mayonnaise, cucumber, and red onion.
