Air Fryer Peaches
These easy Air Fryer Peaches turn warm, jammy, and caramelized beneath a cinnamon brown sugar topping. A delicious summer treat ready in 15 minutes!

medium ripe peaches
halved and pitted

Tbsp
butter
room temperature

brown sugar

cinnamon

vanilla

of salt
granola or chopped toasted pecans
for topping
vanilla Greek yogurt
for serving
Instructions
Wash and dry your peaches. Cut them in half and remove the pit.
Place the peaches in a paper liner in your air fryer, cut side down.
Air fry at 350℉ for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, in a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Flip the peaches over and spread the butter mixture over the cut side of the peach halves.
Air fry another 7-10 minutes, or until tender and a bit caramelized.
Top with granola or chopped toasted pecans. Serve with vanilla Greek yogurt or ice cream.
Notes
This recipe is best made with fresh, ripe peaches that aren't too firm.
Both white and yellow peaches work. Nectarines should work well here too!
Oven Instructions:
You can also bake these in a parchment line baking dish at 350
℉
for about 30 minutes.
