Whipped Pumpkin Butter
Made with just 5 ingredients, this Whipped Pumpkin Butter is a fantastic condiment and a great way to take muffins, pancakes, and cornbread up another level!
Servings: 32 tablespoons (1 cup)
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (1 cup) butter , softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- For serving: so good on spice muffins, pumpkin pancakes, cornbread, or on top of a baked sweet potato!
Instructions
- Place the butter in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add in all the other ingredients and beat until combined and smooth.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and beat again until perfectly thick and fluffy, 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Use as desired. Enjoy on pancakes, toast, or muffins. Also great for gifting in jars with a little ribbon.
