Ingredients
1cupsalted butter(2 sticks, softened to room temperature)
For serving: so good on spice muffins, pumpkin pancakes, cornbread, or on top of a baked sweet potato!
Instructions
Beat butter in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add in the remaining ingredients and beat until combined.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and continue whipping until perfectly soft and creamy.
Spoon into a large ramekin or (2) 4 ounce glass jars; leave on the counter for up to 2 days or transfer to the refrigerator in an airtight container for longer storage (bring to room temperature before serving.)
