This Boozy Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake is a fantastic combination of a milkshake, cake, and cocktail all in one. The best dessert drink for grown ups!

Ingredients
2cupsvanilla ice cream(4 to 5 scoops)
1/3cupwhole milk
1cuphalved fresh strawberries(or frozen, thawed), plus whole strawberries for garnish
2cupscut up angel food cake(plus a couple slices for topping)
2ouncesamaretto liqueur
1 & 1/2ouncesSmirnoff Whipped Vodka or Cake vodka(see note below)
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
In a large blender, dump in the ice cream, milk, strawberries, angel food cake, amaretto, and vodka. Blend on high until incorporated and smooth.
Pour into 2 large milkshake glasses (or 4 small glasses.)
Top with a thin slice of angel food cake, pipe some fresh whipped cream on top. Garnish with a fresh strawberries.
Notes
Best liquor to use. You can use Smirnoff Whipped Vodka or Cake Vodka depending on what flavor you prefer. Typically, whipped vodka tastes just like whipped cream with an alcoholic flavor, while cake vodka has undertones of a spongy cake. Banana liqueur is another option, which almost makes the drink taste like a banana split!Make it kid-friendly. Just omit the vodka and amaretto. I recommend adding an extra splash of milk to reach the desired consistency and some almond extract for the flavor.
