This Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe is the perfect mix of spinach, artichokes, different cheeses, and seasonings. Rich, creamy, and hot right from the oven is a fantastic appetizer and crowd favorite!
15oz.can artichoke heartsdrained and chopped small
10oz.package frozen spinachthawed and completely drained of all liquid
2clovesgarlicminced
2scallionsdiced small
1cupshredded Gruyere Swiss cheese
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1½tspWorcestershire sauce
1¼tspSriracha hot sauce
½tspkosher salt
1/8tsppepper
crackers, crostini, celery, or carrot sticksfor serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly coat a 1 quart baking dish, pie plate, or shallow gratin dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand held electric mixer until smooth. Then beat in the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and combined. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until everything is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
